The house is located in a Natural Park in the heart of Garaf with a beautiful rural design and incredible views of the mountains which gives a relaxed atmosphere. The house is also equipped with a swimming pool, 150 m2 terrace and views of the Budha Tempel, 12min to the beach, 10min to the beautiful town Sitges and 40min to Barcelona Center. It has five bedrooms, two toilets, two very large living rooms and a swimming pool. The house is also fully equipped with all the necessary electrodomestics such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, one small and one big oven and two fridges. It also has a BBQ and firewood furnace outside the house. No airconditioning is needed as the climate is very pleasent all year around with almost 320 days of sun a year. It's a beautiful place to get away from everything or to be near everything as it's all very accesible. Come to celebrate christmas, new years or any holiday. Welcome! The house is in Plana Novella which is a small urbanization located in a Natural Park, only six kilometers from the large beach of Castelldefells and the beautiful town Sitges. The park has beautiful views and it is very peaceful and relaxing. Plana Novella has also the famous Budha Temple which can be seen from the house. The area is also famous for the wine and cava production which you can find almost everywhere and with the possibility to visit the bodegas. The House: The house was built in 2007 and all the equipment is brand new. It has a modern rural design with an impressive stone wall and big windows with views of the mountains in all directions. The backyard has a 8x4 meters swimming pool and a large BBQ. In five minutes walk you will find the famous Budha Temple which is open for tourist and has also a restaurant were you can enjoy vegetarian food. The area is also famous for its wine and cava production, such as Torres and Freixenet and both offers guided tours. The area have much to offer with its diverse attractions. You can enjoy the quiet mountains, the historic wine areas, the large and beautiful beach at Castelldefells which also offers restaurants, bars, cafes and a large shopping mall and the town of Sitges, which is a very popular destination for its architecture, restaurants and shopping. Transportation: The house is located 6 km up trough the mountains and therefore a car is needed. You may find car rentals in the airport and the train station Sants. Plana Olivella is located between the two cities Castelldefells and Sitges, and both have train station that takes you in 25min to Barcelona and the trains comes every 15min. The access to Barcelona is very easy as well by car. The road from Plana Olivella connects directly to the highway that takes you to the center of Barcelona and the airport.
