This is a house built for groups and weddings the home has 4700 sq ft of living area and a wonderful great room plan and gourmet kitchen with new appliances. Sitting on an acre of land the neighborhood is all custom home sites and very nice indeed. The guests that stay here will not need to go anywhere else just stay home relax by the pool or hang out play some pool and sit in the six person spa. 4 large bedrooms with king size beds and TVs in all the rooms Master has a jetted tub and huge walk in closet. Master suite alone takes up almost 900 sq ft. This single level home has 13' ceilings can lighting and a wonderful river rock fireplace for cool winter nights. The large patio area is perfect for cooling off after some rounds of golf or spring training games during the day. Do not under estimate this house it can handle groups as large as 15 people easily it has two pull out queen beds and a lot of room to enjoy.
