Big Bear Lake holiday cabin

The morning sun is shining through the windows of Summit Pines. The rays illuminate the entire open area of the front room, dining area and kitchen, breakfast is on the griddle - the smell of mountain fresh air and pancakes is captivating.

Everyone is up - the rush is on to find a thicker pair of socks and that second glove - whose snow boarding, whose skiing, whose inner tubing, whose snow shoeing- everyone is excited with anticipation for the day to come - it`s a good chaos.

The oversized clock next to the fireplace at Summit Pines shows half seven. You`re waving as two cars packed full of your favorite people pull out of the drive, then you retreat back into this gorgeous house and fall into the most delicious couch. The fire is snapping and the coffee is exceptionally good - the smile on your face seems terminal today.

Before long the house will be full again - the barbeque will be on the, the Jacuzzi lid will be flipped up, the games will be out and laughter will fill the house. Until then, the world is yours. You should consider a walk thru town or perhaps down by the lake, what about an afternoon Jacuzzi yourself? Maybe curling up by the fire with your favorite book or a pen and paper to finally start writing your own. Either way - Summit Pines is pure.
