The interior layout is an open kitchen living area with ocean views. The bedroom and bathrooms are one up and one down to give some space and privacy.

The community features a shared pool just about 100 yards from the home. The house is a 15 minute walk to West Bay or a 3 minute drive. The village of West End with abundant nightlife, dining and shopping is just 10 min by car or taxi.
