On the ground floor there is a shower room with a large shower cubicle, a hand basin set in a vanity unit with a toilet, this room also contains a washing machine, and a modern water heater which supplies constant hot water. Please note we Do Not Charge Extra for Water and Electricity Used. Also on the ground floor adjoining the shower room there is a Bedroom with Twin Single Beds.
On the second floor there are two Bedrooms one with Two Single Beds the other with a Double Bed. all with comfortable mattresses, between these room is an additional Toilet, with Hand Basin and Shaver Point. Now you go up to the third floor, this is a Beautiful light and airy room. The middle part of the room is the dining area with dining table and chairs, the front part of this room is the Kitchen area. which contains a refrigerator, ceramic hob cooker,microwave, kettle,coffee pot, electric fan, in fact everything you would expect to find in a kitchen.
The rear portion of the room has easy chairs and a Television which receives both French and English Channels. A third of the roof was removed to create a small private terrace where you are not overlooked accessed through large patio style doors, there is an additional table and chairs with an Umbrella for those wishing to take their drinks outside before you go to the Town, here you can relax after a tiring day on the Beach swimming in the clear warm water whilst you decide which one of the many fabulous restaurants at which you will enjoy superb meals, no need to take the car as all are within easy walking distance.
There is a colour TV also with DVD player , which receives both French and English channels, also a radio/CD/cassette player, a selection of books and scrabble to use, when you tire of the beautiful countryside, fabulous vineyards, many restaurants, and 18 kilometres of beautiful safe and sandy beach.

CHANGE OVER DAY CAN BE FLEXIBLE FOR LOW SEASON MONTHS.
We have an English Lady Caretaker who services the house after the departure of guests she will will supply and fit prior to your arrival Bed Linen and Towels etc. ( excluding Beach Towels ) this is a service she provides and her charge is 8 euro per person per week.
She lives just a few metres from the house, and for guests that make a booking I will supply her name and address/phone number.
For Guests that require Private Car Parking this is available in the town by a lady who has a large garden with Steel Gates 7/10 minutes from the house, your own key, come and go as you please charge two and a half euro per night.
