Our original farm cottages have been carefully renovated and are set in a stunning location on gently rolling farmland, literally minutes from the beach. The cottages offer a real haven, with the beds made up and fires laid in the winter, ready for your arrival. Everything is included in one cost: heating, television and video, electricity, firewood, towels and linen, microwave ovens, cots (please request in advance), stair-gates,high chairsand radio/cassette players, pay telephones, barbecues, several houses also have dishwashers. We are also happy to accommodate well behaved pets.

Yet the charming town of Burnham Market is on the doorstep and throughout the countryside you will find cosy pubs, antique shops, local markets and of course Sandringham House, Holkham and Houghton Halls and the King's Lynn Festival during the summer, and so much more.
