The Kickin Back Cottage is one of over 100 waterfront properties offered by vacationcottages.com The Kickin Back Cottage is located on Morgan Bay in Surry (Off of Newbury Neck) approximately 50ft. from the waters edge with 250 feet of water frontage. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage sits on 1 acre of land facing south west for great views of sunsets. Newly remodeled with fresh paint and new furniture. On the first floor you will find a Kitchen, full bath with tub, Bedroom, dining and living room. Off the living room you will find a large deck to sit out on and relax while looking at the sailboats sailing by, or the loons floating by etc... Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with sliding glass doors to its own private deck that over looks the bay, another bedroom and bath. Approximately 30 miles to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Once you get here you want to leave!

Fantastic Maine Getaway!

My husband, daughter, and I were fortunate enough to find this secluded beautiful spot. It is located on wonderful Morgan Bay and provides excellent sunsets and miles of beach. We fell in love with the seals and dolphin that frequented the area and we joined them in our kayaks. The inside of the home is decorated and furnished in a manner that makes you feel right at home. And if lobster is your thing, you can walk to Perry's Lobster Shack for all the fixins'. We shall return!

We fell in love with this house

the smell of the ocean fills engulfs you as you drive into the driveaway. This is a quiet, tranquil spot great for a little R&R. We had a magnificent time and would return again in the future. The house was as described, plus more. We spent most of our time walking the beach and kayking where we saw a bald eagle every day near this property. 2 thumbs up!
