The Leveque Property is located on Blue Hill Bay in Blue Hill approximately 20 ft. from the water. In one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Blue Hill you will find this enormous and extremely private, 4 bedroom/4 bath home. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities, extra large living room with a stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings and a well equipped kitchen! The house has a nice family/game room with ping pong table and sauna in the finished basement area along with a full bath and bedroom. The third floor is one large bedroom with a bath. House comes with deep water mooring and shared dock. Stunning views across Blue Hill Bay.
