Located in Beaver Cove, a completly updated log home with tremendous views, a massive floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace, 3 spacious bathrooms and 4 bedrooms easily accommodates large families or groups. The large open deck gives you unparalled 180 degree views of Moosehead Lake and the mountains. The only way to describe it is breathtaking! You couldn't ask for a more perfect location to enjoy a family BBQ, and spend the evening watching the sunset. The separate rec room gives parents space to relax and kids room to play. A beautiful sandy common beach as seen in the pictures is only a short bike ride or quiet walk away (about 1 mile). This beach has an outdoor fire pit, picnic table, common dock and private mooring. For winter renters, ITS snowmobile trail access is via a side trail to Moosehead Lake and then only about 1 mile to a trailhead. Also, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter renters due to the steepness of the driveway. In the winter there is parking by the house for 2 vehicles. About halfway down the driveway is another parking spot for either a vehicle or a snowmobile trailer. This home is truly decorated in the 'North Woods' style, with continous additions from the property owner. It gives you a taste of Maine with the convenience of being only minutes from the center of Greenville.
