Two story, three-bedroom, three bath condominium one block from the Warm Springs lift in Sun Valley, Idaho. Completely remodeled in 2006 with granite and custom wooden cabinets throughout; furnished with Asian, mid-century and designer furniture. Condominum is located in the "Prospector" complex off of Warm Springs road. The Prospector has three hot tubs, a large pool, several tennis courts and is located on Warm Springs creek. Gourmet kitchen, sunny deck. Look out onto the ski slope, or enjoy the 50 foot spruces all around. Quiet, adjacent to hiking trails and a mile from the Harriman Trail. This is a haven for anyone, perfect for families, pet friendly.A good place to ski, play tennis, write your next ( first) novel or just relax. Several golf courses , gourmet restaurants, the Sun Valley Lodge, all minutes away.
