Beautiful lake setting. 150 yards to community dock on sound. 250 yards to the beach. A very large Great Room w/gas fireplace, built-in book shelves, 22 foot ceilings, wet bar, games and more. House fronts on a tidal fishing lake and is surrounded by marine forest! This is a very comfortable and private house for two families with a boardwalk to the beach at the end of the street, a short four minute walk. Children enjoy catching a variety of fish and crabs in the tidal pool. The community pool and tennis courts are close by. In addition to several golf courses in the vicinity, there is a the championship Rees Jones course, The Currituck Club, four miles North of the house.
