Amenities included are carpeting, dishwasher, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, central air/heat, CATV hookup, telephone and wet bar. This unit has two private decks overlooking the ocean. Nothing has been overlooked in designing this quality oceanfront condominium, the ultimate in vacation accommodations. PLEASE NOTE: RVs, boats and trailers are prohibited from parking at Scrimshaw. 2 Vehicle per unit limit.
