Butterfield is a pretty 18th century cottage on the edge of Tideswell with just a 5 min walk to the shops and has lovely rural views. The main living areas will be refurbished early 2009. The bathrooms and kitchen were refurbished last year. Tideswell regularly wins the Derbyshire Best Kept Village Award and the Britain in Bloom Village Award and is a Conservation Village at the heart of the Peak District National Park with real shops, pubs and tearooms, specialising in local produce. There are lovely walks from the door and the cottage is very well located for visiting the abundance of Peak district attractions. The cottage will be refurbished in January 2010.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils for your stay. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, ironing facilities and a fridge with icebox. Bathroom has bath with power shower, WC, handbasin and lit mirror with shaver point. There are 3 bedrooms, two are double and one is twin with ensuite shower room and wc and handbasin. Full central heating. All rooms are tastefully furnished with good quality furniture and antiques. There are Lovely walks from the door. Sunny secure gardens with patio furniture and BBQ. Tariff includes household linen and power.
