It has been completely renovated and awaits your arrival. The large open kitchen with granite counters, cooking island and new appliances offers a great place to gather and cook all the fish you can catch. This kitchen is fully equipped – just bring your favorite recipes. Venetian Shores is located at MM 86 in the heart of Islamorada. Everything is nearby – casual and gourmet restaurants, activities, and shopping. This home is located on a 100’ wide canal with easy access to the bay or ocean via Snake Creek. There is 70’ of seawall and a 50’ dock with 50 and 30 amp electrical services. The large open living area with its wet bar offers a wonderful gathering and entertaining area for you and your family. The master suite offers a king sized bed and private bath with stall shower and double vanities. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping for 4 – 6. Bedding includes: King, Queen, Full, Queen Futon and Twin bunk.
