Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3700 to $4400/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $175 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1500 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. A non-refundable $100 condo application fee is also required. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap $125 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
