Minimum Rental 28 Days.Beautifully furnished, this almost new single family stilt home sits on an ocean side canal front lot. Bring your boat and your swim suit! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need – including a laundry room with a clothes washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the huge screened balcony overlooking the canal. Ground level entertainment area includes a large hot tub, table, chairs and a gas barbecue grill. Bedding is King, Full, Full.

Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3500 to $4000/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $200 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1000 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $250 for water and $250 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
