This unit is wel maintained with a nice sunroom to sit and take in the beautiful scenery. It has cable TV in the Master bedroom and living room. Queen bed in master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. It also includes a VCR/DVD player, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, 2 parking passes, etc. Fagers Island, Mackey's Restaurant, and Seacrets are within walking distance and Candy Kitchen is next door. The Convention Center is only a few blocks away. Also, there is a jet-ski rental place onsite.
