NV801 Nevis is a charming Caribbean Island with a lot of old world charm. This home is situated in a very convenient area called Cades Bay. Location is about 10 minutes to Charlestown, which is the main town on Nevis and fifteen minutes from the airport. The beautiful, white, sandy beach is within walking distance of the house, ten minutes for the average walker. The house has 3 bedrooms the two main having water views. There is a large kitchen, dining room and living room, all with views of the Caribbean. The wraparound porch is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a book, lunch or rum punch and watch the green flash as the sun sets into the sea. There are many beautiful beaches to explore along with sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf and tennis available on the island.
