This beautifully furnished 2-storey villa with 2,618 sq feet of living space has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has lovely views from the large pool deck and upstairs balcony overlooking wetlands with a wonderful array of wildlife to enjoy. The home boasts 2 living rooms. The family room, which has a ceiling fan, is tiled with a large area rug with two sofas and a comfy chair with views and access to the pool deck while the elegant living room also has 2 sofas and a chaise lounger. There are 6 TV's (50"TV flatscreen in the family room, 26"TV flatscreen in the master, 21"TV in the 2nd king bedroom with built in DVD, 19" TV's - all flat-screen, wall mounted in the queen and 2 twin bedrooms). The kitchen is fully equipped and has Corian counter tops. The dining facilities include a formal dining area that seats 8 with a breakfast nook of the kitchen that seats 4 and there are 2 bar stools. There is a laundry room with large washer and dryer machines. Also downstairs there is a full bathroom for your convenience. Upstairs there is a cosy open-plan den ideal for reading in and a second communal bathroom. The bedrooms consist of a twin bedroom downstairs, while upstairs you will find 4 further bedrooms including a master bedroom with King-size bed and ceiling fan with its own balcony (with celing fan and light) overlooking the wetlands and having an en-suite bathroom that includes a his and her vanities, bath, separate shower cubicle and separate toilet. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed with ceiling fan. The other bedrooms upstairs consist of a queen bedroom with window treatments and a further twin bedroom. The home accommodates and sleeps 10 people comfortably.
The home has a large pool and spa for guests to enjoy while the pool deck is very spacious and has a covered lanai with a rectangular table and 6 chairs, which is perfect for dining Al-fresco style. There are also 2 sunloungers. The deck also has a safety net.
The Shire @ West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6" ~ 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes drive. Turnday: Any.
