The perfect introduction to Vancouver and the best it has to offer. An executive style accommodation beautifully suited for two couples or family just minutes away from exciting downtown Vancouver. Everything is top of the line from the dark exotic hard wood floor, gourmet kitchen and fabulous decks to front loading washer/dryer. You don't need a car as transit is out front but if you have one it is so easy from where we are. Everything is at your fingertips and footsteps without the noise and the stress of the downtown core here in beautiful, safe and peaceful North Vancouver. You are within minutes walk to shops, restaurants, library, health care, nature trails and public transit - Sea Bus (Lonsdale Quay) and direct Public Transit to downtown 15 minutes.
This is very flexible unit (can be combined with another 2-3 bedroom suites with king and queen bed for larger groups or two families).
Monthly rate range Min $3000 to Max $5000 - Rates applicable to Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Oct, Nov, Dec. Long Term Rates will depend on length of stay and the season.
MASTER BEDROOM:
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Absoutely stunning master of 400 sq ft overlooking the city and mountains with private deck with open bathroom spa concept - coffee maker and small fridge in suite.
2ND BEDROOM
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Very large 350 sq ft second master with bath - private deck with mountain view.
ALCOVE
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). A cozy area tucked by the second master across from a bathroom - a sitting/study area during the day but sleeps two at night.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and professional series gas range. The counter and backsplash are of black granite coupled with stainless steel and white high gloss cabinets. The sink is a huge double apron of white porcelain with a garburator. It is open style with a full view of the city skyline.
