Our four bedroom four bathroom luxury home sits directly on the canal front in the exclusive gated community of Great Abaco Club adjacent to The Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour Marina just minutes from downtown Marsh Harbour. Completely renovated in 2003 our 2400 sq. ft home has lots to offer. Modern fully equipped kitchen opens to spacious great room with eight seat formal dining, two seat breakfast bar. Our living area overlooks the canal. Living area exits to bahama room where we have our Futch Hut our special wet bar where its always 5 clock.Our spacious Master suite features a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath private sitting area and offers private access to the futch hut. Second guest room has a king also with ensuite bath that offers hallway access to the living area. Twin room with ensuite bath can be converted to a king. Through our courtyard we offer a private 4th room suite with its own bathroom and sitting area. Outside we in our court yard terrance you can dining al fresco our on the canal side enjoy your choice of deck furniture. Tiled floors throughout luxurious funishings and tropical decor complete this island home.
