This third floor penthouse condo features a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom has adjoining bathrooms with showers. The unit is fully air conditioned and has a large patio area for enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. The condo is situated in a small compound are with lush landscaping and a semi-private pool shared by only 11 other condominium units. Rentals of one week or longer includes maid service twice a week.

The condo is located about a 1minute walk to the beach and it is just a 5 minute walk along the beach to the center of Cabarete with its many beach restaurants, bars and active nightlife.
