Situated in a popular area just off the US27/192 area, our spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is conveniently located for visiting the Disney Parks and central Florida attractions.
We have a private, screened pool for those hot Florida days, complete with sun loungers and table and chairs for outdoor dining and lanai with overhead fan to provide a cooling breeze. We also have a BBQ for your use.
Our visitors are well provided for in the surrounding area with supermarket, take-aways, restaurants, post office, petrol station and bank. As well as a Super Walmart close by. All your needs are catered for.
The villa comprises of a large lounge overlooking the pool, furnished to a high standard, complete with flat screen HD cable TV, DVD player and radio/CD player.
The dining area seats up to six people with additional seating at the breakfast bar and kitchen table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. All crockery and pots and pans are provided.
The master bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom, has a king sized bed with walk in wardrobe complete with safe. The bathroom has a double sized walk-in shower with seats (making this ideal for disabled use), twin washbasins and toilet.
There is cable TV and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite, wardrobe and cable TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have twin beds and wardrobes and ceiling fans.
A cot and high chair are available if required.
All linen and towels are provided
