The South Seas Tower I, #204 is a delightfully furnished two bedroom, 2 bath privately owned condominium at South Seas on Marco Island, Florida.
This second floor unit has been updated, and is furnished in dark tones with a jungle theme. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with two twin beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths in the unit.
The kitchen is well-stocked and furnished with all cookware, dishes and utensils. All linens and towels are provided as well.
The South Seas complex is a gated complex with 24-hour security. Covered parking is available for all tenants. There is a (seasonally) heated swimming pool. A fitness room is available, and tennis courts may be rented for an hourly fee. A boardwalk leads out from the property directly to the beach. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Garage/carport, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, South Seas on the Gulf, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Beachfront, Fitness Room.
