This tranquil retreat is located in the HEART of Destin in Destiny East. This home is expansive of what The Emerald Coast has to offer in luxury accommodations. This custom built home has many upgrades.
A large beautiful Italian fountain greats you as you enter this home. Walk though the foyer with beautiful pillars and high ceilings. The home has a gourmet kitchen with double ovens and offers a gas cook top. The kitchen has a seating area and bar stools for family cooking and brunch time. The formal dining area seats six with a one of a kind mermaid table and beautiful intriqute custom crown work. There is also a study area on the main floor that has a sleeper sofa and additional dinning area. The living area features a large flat screen television, complete with Marlin, and is a great gathering location for the whole family. The Master Bedroom, also located on the first level, is breathtaking. A large seating area with bay windows overlooks a tranquil tropical setting with French Door leading to a patio area. The Master Bath has dual sinks, a custom designed oversized Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, separate powder room, and a California closet.

As you walk up the stairs to the second floor you will find a large loft area with a custom built bar with a refrigerator, large LCD Television with DVD, and seating area centrally located to all the bedrooms upstairs. There are two Queen Bedrooms and one King Bedroom with LCD Televisions, DVD players, walk–in closets, and built in desks. There are two Jack & Jill Bathrooms with Jacuzzi Tub/Showers.

The Carriage House is a spacious room located above the garage and has a full kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, large King size bed, and a seating area which makes this home complete.
