The view of the beach can be enjoyed by everyone (even the cook in the kitchen). There is also a third bedroom that has a queen bed and a private balcony for relaxing.

The living room includes a 20-inch TV with dvd, stereo and a sleeper sofa (Queen-size). The loft is located on the third level and has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is the perfect place for relaxing after a day at the beach or can be used as a fourth bedroom (queen-size sleeper sofa ) or to watch a movie on a rainy day (27" TV with VHS/DVD, Surround Sound). The cottage has a covered carport with storage, three porches, and an outdoor shower. There is a heated community pool just steps away.
