Four bedroom, 3 bath, sleeps 12 - 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins, 1 trundle, 2 queen sofa sleepers. This beautiful home faces Grayton Beach State Park and has Gulf views from living room, master and two huge screen porches. A quick walk to the beach entrance leads to the quietest most private beach on 30A. The home's layout , décor' and electronics make it extra special. Each of the three floors includes a living room, a dining area, kitchen or kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and comfortably sleeps 12. Each living area has a large screen or plasma screen TV with DVD. Wireless internet is available throughout . The 3rd floor master is a private retreat with a king bed. The main floor is open and can accommodate large gatherings. The ground floor is great for teens with two twin beds and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grill make this a fun vacation home. Saturday to Saturday rental. Parking for 6 cars.
