Sandy Feet Retreat!
This brand new beach home is located in The Preserve an upscale, gated community only a short stroll to the beautiful white sand and aqua waters of the gulf coast. The Sandy Feet Retreat has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 4 covered porches. The gourmet kitchen has everything a gourmet home chef could want including a new Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen table expands to hold up to 12 diners and the custom counter top seating fits another 4.
The family room has a 52" LCD TV, wireless surround sound and DVD. WiFi and Telephone access are also available. Each of the 3 bedrooms also have flat screen TV's.
The Preserve, located on 30A, is a private community with 2 pools, tennis courts and work out facility. Our home is located on the east side of the community close to the naturally covered boardwalk to the white sand and aqua water of the gulf. The community is also surrounded by miles of bike paths.
Dining, shopping and enterainment are less than 1.3 miles from this home including the famous Red Bar. Seaside and Watercolor are less than 3 miles away. Come enjoy this comfortable, beautiful retreat.
