Paddock Barn is a 5* (Gold Award) Barn Conversion dating back to 1700. It stands in its own large garden, with stream flowing past, down a quiet lane in the heart of the Cotswolds. Character features include original beams, exposed walls and a cosy woodburning stove. Paddock Barn is stylishly furnished with deep comfy sofas, antiques, well equipped kitchen, large refectory table for convivial dining and secondary sitting area equipped with Playstation and games. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with modern furniture and fittings. Paddock Barn is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, a family holiday or a get together with friends. We offer weekly holidays or short breaks of either 2 night or 3 to 4 night duration. Large modern oak fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob and oven. Two downstairs double bedrooms with period features and large bathroom with over-bath electric shower. Spacious beamed drawing room with wood burning stove, colour tv, video, hifi unit. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with over bath shower. Master bedroom with Four Poster bed and ensuite bathroom with large bath and seperate power shower. Childrens room board games, TV and playstation. Cottage style gardens with patio area overlooking stream. Table chairs and barbeque.

Location: Paddock Barn location makes it ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. The Regency town of Cheltenham is a short drive away. Cirencester, renowned for its Roman heritage, is 10 miles. Within easy reach is the university town of Oxford for punting, history and sight seeing and Stratford-upon-avon where many museums and theatres pay homage to Wiliam Shakespeare. Warwick and Bristol are all easily reached. Paddock Barn has a number of excellent pubs and restaurants located nearby. There are also several excellent golf courses and lovely walks within easy reach.
