This lakefront property sits on a private point (7 mile-marker) overlooking the mouth of the Gravois Arm and Main Channel. The property provides guests with access to 140 feet of pristine lakefront shoreline. The remodeled home is one story, with three bedrooms, and two baths.
The main living area contains a nice sized living room and dining room, an ample kitchen with a hexagonal sitting area overlooking the lake, two bedrooms (one with one queen size bed and another with two full size beds), a beautiful tiled full size bath with shower, and a wrap around lake-side deck. The master suite is adjacent to the living room and contains a full size bed and sofa sleeper (queen), another full size bath with shower, and an enclosed sunroom and sofa sleeper (twin).
This home offers guests fantastic views of the lake with the wrap around deck. A favorite gathering spot is the lower level rock patio with its patio furniture, several flower beds, and plenty of shade for lake watching and relaxing.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range, refrigerator, mocrowave, and trash compactor. This private home is stocked with all bedding, bath towels, dish towels, iron, and ironing board. Other features include weekly trash pick-up and open parking.
The lakefront property offers quick access for swimming, fishing and all watercraft activities. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
