This three bedroom 1200 square foot, fully furnished 1940’s rental is Affordable, Clean and very Adequate. While not rented, owners enjoy working on our new project/remodel on Chestnut. The hardwood floors have just been refinished, along with a fresh coat of paint on the interior. This property is perfect for a small family, bridal party (it can accommodate 7) or executive needing weekly or monthly accommodations. Small Pets may be welcome with prior approval. Location...location! Enjoy a relaxing treatment at one of our many Day Spas, or take in a round of golf at one of three golf courses, Nearby Hunter Ranch Golf Course received a 4.5 stars rating by Golf Digest. Bring the family for an outing to the Ravine Water Park, or take a leisurely drive to Lake Nacimiento, Hearst Castle, or the Central Coast Beach towns of Cambria, Cayucos and Morro Bay.
