What a charming Lakefront home. This property is perfect for couples and family getaways. As you can imagine the home is named for its amazing sunset views over Big Island on the Little Niangua Arm. You'll enjoy every aspect of this wonderful lake home.
The home comes with everything you could as for as a vacationing guest. Overlooking the Lake is a comfortable open floor plan Living Room (complete with Dish TV and VCR), Dining Area and Kitchen. There are pergo floors in all the living spaces with carpeting in the bedrooms. Just off the Living Room are the master bedroom (queen size bed) and a shower tub bath that can be accessed from the master or entry hallway. Also off the entry is a full flight of stairs down to the lower level. Guests will enjoy the spacious Family Room with a sofa sleeper, recliners, Dish TV and VCR. Off the Family Room is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom set up with a full and twin bunk bed arrangement. Off the Family Room is another shower bath and access to the utility room with a full size washer and dryer.
This is a great property for thos who enjoy being outside and taking in the Lke. Guests will enjoy the upper level screened in porch that is accessible from the Living Room's slider doors. And just outside the Family Room's slider door is a partially covered deck for viewing all the Lake's passing activity. The dock is large and very desirable for any water activities. There is a spacious swim platform and the water is perfect for swimming. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles as this property has planted crappie beds and the area is known for excellent fishing
This vacation rental boasts all the conveniences of home, featuring central heating and air conditioning, TV, VCR, all bedding, bath and dishtowels, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, garage and laundry room access. Parking is limited to two vehicles only or one vehicle and one trailer.
This cozy property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
