Recently completely restored Perigoudine farmhouse set in 30 acres of beautifull Dordogne countryside on the edge of a forest. Combining the best of the modern features whilst retaining the original character of the property The large farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining table that seats 10. The kitchen leads on to the Large terrace with dining table, barbeque, and views over the surrounding countryside and the fenced pool.There is also a childrens play area with swings and slide. The Kitchen also opens on to the sitting room with large comfy sofas games for all ages. The adjacent TV room/ 2nd sitting room has Library of books dvds and videos TV with all UK free to air Channels. There is also a utility room and downstairs toilet, and a separate laundry room. There is a separated Games room with table tennis table, basketball. A badminton set, boules, and football and tennis rackets are also provided.

Here you will find shops to cater for all basic needs, 2 bakeries small grocers, chemist, restaurant and filling station. Nearest towns are Montpon and Ste. Foy La Grande15 mins both these towns have many restaurants hotels bars and hypermarkets. Ste. Foy La Grande is particularly attractive being situated on the Dordogne river it is a 13C Bastide town centered around an old market square. The Saturday market here is one of the best in France and is well worth a visit. The ancient towns of Bergerac and Perigeux are within easy reach and the famous city of Bordeaux is under one hour away. Newly converted to provide first class self catering facilities, our farmhouse includes 4 ensuite bedrooms. Inside: Fully equipped kitchen with large table and brand new fitted kitchen area. Sitting Room Study with TV, Utility Room, laundry room, two double and two twin rooms all with ensuite bathrooms or shower rooms. Outside: 13 X 6 metre fully fenced pool sunbeds. The Terrace has superb views over the pool and about two miles of countryside. Barbeque, table & chairs. The house is set in about 30 acres, mainly of open grassland and surrounded by 1000 acres of woods with super walks and bike rides. There is a games room with table tennis, Mountain Bikes, Badminton, Boules, Basket ball and darts. Facilities: Cooker, Microwave, dishwasher, fridges freezer, washer dryer, Satellite TV, Video, Stereo.
