The two formal offices, four bedrooms, 3 full baths, two half baths, living room with sunken wet bar, dining room, gourmet kitchen, breakfast room, two-car garage, spacious laundry room, saltwater pool & spa and atrium make this home a pleasure to visit, work, and entertain in.
The master suite has a King size bed, two nightstands, dresser and a TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the yard, pool and spa. The master suite also has a 300 square foot dressing room, travertine floors, dual vanity, two-person shower with waterfall shower heads, steam room/shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom is also a private suite with a King size bed. The bedroom has sliding glass doors which open to a shady private patio. The private bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub.
The third & fourth bedrooms each have a Queen size bed, spacious closets and modern furniture. They share a bathroom with travertine floors and a shower with waterfall shower head.
Visit, work and entertain is the theme of this house. The work part can be undertaken in one of two spacious offices. Office number one, known as the library, contains a large L-shaped desk and modern office chair that are surrounded by built-in bookcases and books. This office also has a 1/2 bathroom, Queen size air mattress and two child-size cots. Office number two, known as the pool office, features two large desks, modern office chairs, a fax/printer and wireless Internet modem. Sliding glass doors from this office open to the pool, and the office also features a 1/2 bath.
The spacious, open living area includes a comfortable L-shape sofa, glass fireplace and sunken wet bar with refrigerator and luxurious granite countertops. Two sets of sliding glass doors and expansive windows let in plenty of Palm Springs sunshine while also providing you with pool, palm tree and mountain views.
Great light exposure and high ceilings are also a part of the adjacent formal dining room. The dining room, which opens up to the central atrium, has a modern light fixture, rectangular table and ten comfortable chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances including, a five-burner cooktop, double oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, icemaker, blender, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster. Directly underneath the kitchen’s large skylight is a center island with secondary sink and a wine refrigerator. For your storage needs, the kitchen has three spacious pantries and like the dining room it has a view of the atrium. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunny breakfast nook with a table and six chairs.
