This beautiful condo is what you need for your vacation. It has 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, confortable for families or friends. It has a nice living room, dinning room area, and a cozy balcony where you can enjoy a cool drink. Also pool in common area is a favourite for vacation renters.

This beautiful complex called Gaviotas is located in lovely Villas del Carmen area in downtown Playa. You are in walking distance to every major supermarket and also only a few blocks from 5th Avenue and gorgeous Mamitas beach. It has a huge pool in common area for you to enjoy during your stay. It is also a very secure building, with 24hs security at the gate.
