Adjacent deck provides a Jacuzzi tub and fresh water swimming pool overlooking the sea of Abaco and surrounding Islands of Hope Town, Man-O-War Cay and Great Guana Cay. Facing Northeast enjoy lovely sunrises from your deck. Private and secluded Fantasy Villa is a great second honeymoon location! The Villa has vaulted 10' ceilings and is approx 750 sq. ft. The open living dining and kitchen are brings the outside in with water views from surrounding windows and glass doors affording a 180 degree view of the Sea of Abaco and surrounding cays. Living room sofa converts into a queen sleeper for additional guests. Modern kitchen with custom tile countertops and cabinets, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator all dishes and silverware provided. Adjacent 4 seat dining area or dine al fresco w/ 4 seat dining on your private covered balcony or down at the pool deck. Master Suite with a King bed, walk in closet and T.V. The bathroom centrally located in the hallway has a glass enclosed shower/tub combination. Just outside of the bathroom in the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer available for your use. Enjoy the sunrise form your private covered balcony with a love seat for your comfort or step down to our pool and Jacuzzi area with multiple deck furniture options. Soak up some sun or enjoy the trade winds coming in from the sea. Fish and marine life are viewed over the bluff's edge in the crystal clear waters below.

Standard Amenities Include: All bed linens, bathroom towels, utensils, cookware, inside and outside dishware, microwave, toaster or toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, and all have an outside grill option. All homes are stocked with and assortment of books, games and DVD's,CD's and VCR's as applicable.
