Three bedrooms with two and half bedrooms comprise this Atlantic Ocean, Sea of Abaco and Little Harbour hilltop view home. One of the islands best views. Spacious balconies and covered decks to enjoy all of the views. Every room enjoys a view. The master bedroom has a Queen and includes a walk in closet, TV and VCR, phone and sitting area with bay windows to enjoy the view at sunrise. En-suite master bath includes his and hers sinks and double headed shower. One guest room with Double + single rollaway, Second guest room with Single and single trundle both guest rooms share a balcony with Ocean and Sea Views. Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo for the guest rooms. Upstairs, a great room comprises the kitchen, pantry, breakfast counter/bar, dinning area for 8, and entertainment center. An upstairs bathroom is tucked away in the corner for your convenience. Office nook ready to go with internet access and printer just bring your PC. The view from the upstairs balcony is stunning! Depending on your preference for sun or shade, the balcony furniture can be moved accordingly. A gas barbecue grill can also be moved for sunrise sausages or sunset steaks.
