This farmhouse is perfectly situated on the border between the Lot and Dordogne departments to explore all the attractions and beauty of this lovely region of France.
Rocamadour (one of France's most visited sites) is a half hour drive away, the beautiful river Dordogne 15km, the medieval market town of Gourdon 8km (farmers market every Saturday morning, full market 1st and 3rd Tuesday in the month), and the nearest delightful village of Le Vigan only 2 km where you will find plenty of shops for general shopping and some good restaurants.
The farmhouse, sleeping 10, is well furnished and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday and ideal for families or 2 families wishing to holiday together. The gardens are delightful and landscaped to the front of the house with shady areas - a bonus during the heat of the summer.
The private swimming pool is enclosed with a lockable gate for security and surrounded by pretty shrubs and flowers.
There are lots of wild birds and the occasional deer in the field beyond so remember to bring your binoculars!
