A 6 bedroom detached, spacious modern style house in a perfect setting with panoramic views looking out over open countryside to Malltraeth Sands and the award winning Llanddwyn Beach, Lighthouse and many peaks in Snowdonia. All of the accommodation is on the ground floor and the house is well equipped and has large picture windows and stunning views. There are six bedrooms: 1 x double with basin, 3 x twin (one with basin, one with basin/WC), 2 x single. Shower room with power shower, basin & WC. Bathroom with bath, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Large sitting room with feature open fireplace. Utility room. Drying room. The house is surrounded by open fields and has a mature and sunny garden with large lawn and patio, as well as ample parking. About the area: Newborough 2 miles; Rhosneigr 8 miles. The quaint village of Malltraeth is located in the south west corner of Anglesey. Malltraeth Pool and the awesome sweep of marshes and sand dunes which stretch south to Llanddwyn Island are all part of a National Nature Reserve. The area is famous for its birdlife and Malltraeth was once home to the famous wildlife artist Charles F Tunnicliffe. There are beautiful forest and coastal walks from the village, which offers two pubs and a chip shop (also selling basic items/newspapers etc). Near by are amazing beaches at Llanddwyn, reputedly the 4th best in Britain, Aberffraw and Rhosneigr, which is renowned for all year round water sports facilities.
