It is a semi-detached barn conversion with wonderful exposed beams and lovely stripped pine doors. There are three bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite (shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. French windows lead from the modern farmhouse kitchen onto a private patio. Large sitting room with dining area, with a coal effect electric fire and French windows leading to patio area. Note: There is one low beam in the sitting room and two low bedroom doorways - care should be taken. This cottage is one of two semi-detached cottages situated on a small livestock farm, 3 miles from Rossett. There is shared use of an indoor games room, an outdoor children's play area with an outdoor trampoline, swing, slide and climbing frame, and a lawned garden to the front of the properties. About the area: Chester 6 miles; Llangollen 15 miles. The village of Rossett was built along the banks of the River Alyn. Rossett has many fine buildings such as the Jacobian Trevalyn Hall and an eccentrically designed 19th Century church, along with a variety of hotels, pubs, and a few shops. Have a game of golf at the local course, or take advantage of the pretty river whilst keeping an eye open for herons, cormorants and kingfishers. Closeby lies the historic City of Chester offering beautiful architecture, quality shopping, and excellent pubs and restaurants. Enjoy walks around the medieval City walls and along the banks of the River Dee, wander along the unique half-timbered medieval 'Rows' in the city centre, or visit Chester Zoo - the choice is endless.
