A detached 19th Century former grain store, perfectly located within the owners' grounds, in a quiet, rural position, in open countryside, providing lovely views over the sea and Mount Cader Idris beyond, 1/2 mile from pretty Abersoch. The attractive harbour town of Abersoch is located on the Lleyn Peninsula in an area of Wales famous for its outstanding scenery and variety of walking tracks. The town, placed between two glorious bays, is one of the most renowned sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout summer. Various shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Watersports, particularly windsurfing, waterskiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Hell's Mouth are also well catered for. The beaches to choose from are - the long sandy Warren beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach and sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
