A charming 18th Century, stone built terraced cottage located just half a mile from the pretty village of Llanbedr, 3 miles from Harlech on a quiet country lane. This charming property, which stands on a wooded hillside overlooking beautiful Cardigan Bay, offers a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen, and lovely views of the sea and surrounding woodland.It has one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a ground floor shower room with shower, WC and basin. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with many wonderful walking and cycling trails available from the doorstep along with amazing wildlife watching opportunities. It also has good golf courses. With its medieval castles such as Harlech Castle just 3 miles away, the Snowdonia National Park and miles of stunning coastline, makes this a beautiful romantic retreat from which to explore this delightful area. About the area: The stunning village of Llanbedr is quietly tucked away between the Snowdonia Mountains and the stunning golden beaches of the North Wales coastline, whilst also being located next to the swiftly flowing River Artro. Due to its unusual positioning, it boasts its own mild climate, and an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards. This beautiful village provides wonderful local shops and an excellent pub. The small town of Harlech, just 3 miles away, is dominated by its majestic 13th Century castle, which is the most impressive of all those built in North Wales by Edward I. Well known to golfers due to its famous Royal St. David's course, Harlech also has a variety of amenities including some excellent quality restaurants. With the Snowdonia National Park and beautiful Cardigan Bay both within easy driving distance, makes this is a wonderful holiday resort at any time of the year.
