An amazing detached house, set over three floors, in its own extensive grounds in the delightful village of Malltraeth, only 4 miles from Rhosneigr. There are four ground floor bedrooms: 3 x double, all with French windows leading to patio/lawn and views of the Cefni Estuary and the Snowdonia Mountain, and one with king size bed and colour TV & ensuite (shower cubicle, basin & WC), 1 x adult bunk. The property is wonderfully spacious, well equipped and comfortable, whilst the large garden and patio provide the ideal place for wining, dining and enjoying the evening sunshine.The house can be reached via a quiet lane and only a short walk from the shoreline of Malltraeth Bay. About the area: Newborough 2 miles; Rhosneigr 8 miles. The quaint village of Malltraeth is located in the south west corner of Anglesey. Malltraeth Pool and the awesome sweep of marshes and sand dunes which stretch south to Llanddwyn Island are all part of a National Nature Reserve. The area is famous for its birdlife and Malltraeth was once home to the famous wildlife artist Charles F Tunnicliffe. There are beautiful forest and coastal walks from the village, which offers two pubs and a chip shop (also selling basic items/newspapers etc). Near by are amazing beaches at Llanddwyn, reputedly the 4th best in Britain, Aberffraw and Rhosneigr, which is renowned for all year round water sports facilities.
