A charming, detached holiday chalet, located on the owner's 46 acre cattle farm on the outskirts of the beautiful seaside town of Criccieth. Boasting magnificent views of the Y Eifel and Snowdonia mountain ranges, this cosy chalet offers modern yet homely, open plan accommodation. Criccieth has a lovely seafront offering two beaches, or take some time to visit the 13th century castle. With plenty of scenic coastal walks available nearby and the famous Black Rock Sands beach within easy reach, this property provides the ideal base to explore this stunning coastal area! About the area: Criccieth is often known as the 'pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia', this delightful seaside town is located 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town's 13th century castle is set majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and providing stunning views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. There are two beaches which will delight watersports enthusiasts, whilst walkers and bikers have plenty of choices due to the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Take a relaxing stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing, or relax and wind down in the various restaurants, tearooms and pubs. Further away, attractions such as Portmeirion's wonderful Italianate gardens, Harlech Castle, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Caernarfon Castle and the stunning beaches and famous golf courses of the Lleyn Peninsula are all within an easy driving distance.
