This is a wonderful, stone built barn conversion attached to the owners' farmhouse, located on a peaceful country lane, on the edge of the rural village of Croeslan, just 14 miles from Cardigan. Set amidst beautiful Welsh countryside is the charming, rural village of Croeslan , offering a village store, an off licence and of course a post office, there are also great walking opportunities in the beautiful, surrounding area. Nearby is the picturesque village of Cenarth, situated close to the River Teifi (famous for its fishing) and is home to a stunning waterfall which should not be missed, whilst the Wildlife Centre and castle at Cilgerran are also worth a visit. With the towns of Newcastle Emlyn and Llandysul, renowned for its canoeing, both within nearby and providing a wide range of facilities and attractive Cardigan and Cardigan Bay (famous for seal and dolphin watching) with its blue flag beaches and coast within easy driving distance, as well as paint balling, a steam railway and a dry ski slope all available locally, this superb location really does have plenty to offer!
