A superb 19th century, mid-terrace cottage, located in a secluded cul-de-sac beneath the medieval walls of the stunning coastal town of Conwy, just 5 miles from Llandudno. This cosy cottage is furnished and decorated in a traditional cottage style and provides welcoming, homely accommodation, ideal for a young family or a couple, with two cosy bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks (accessed via double bedroom). Ground floor bathroom with bath with hand held shower, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and electric coal-effect heater. There is walking access to the open countryside right from the doorstep. Conwy and its amenities are within a ten minute walk, including various shops, good restaurants and pubs, a pretty harbour and the majestic 13th century castle and the town walls. The region also offers brilliant walking, cycling, climbing and birdwatching opportunities as well as a variety of outdoor pursuits. This truly is a great base for a holiday! About the area: Llandudno 5 miles; Betws-y-Coed 16 miles. Conwy is a World Heritage Site, and without doubt worldly renowned for its architectural and historical heritage. However, at the heart of the town there is a hub of bustling activity. There is an array of specialist shops, hotels and restaurants aswell as ancient fairs and festivals, galleries, musical recitals and historical attractions. Conwy Castle, is one of the most magnificent achievements of medieval military architecture. The town is extremely proud of its historic traditions and therefore celebrate its past by maintaining plenty of these in its festivals, fairs and event. Conwy is an ideal base for exploring the stunning Snowdonia National Park, exploring unspoilt sandy beaches or just taking in the beautiful scenery on your doorstep.
