A stone built mid terrace cottage, situated in the village of Rhosybol, just 3 miles from the beautiful north coast of Anglesey. The cottage has been successfully and traditionally renovated to offer comfortable and well equipped accommodation. There are three bedrooms: 2 x doubles, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Ground floor shower room with large shower, WC and basin. Well equipped fitted kitchen. Utility room. Dining room with electric fire & settee. Living room (comfy seating for 4) with electric fire & TV. Metal framed Z bed for child available on request. This is the perfect base for exploring the magnificent island of Anglesey, with its beautiful coastal scenery, superb sandy beaches, rocky cliffs, and brilliant watersports, such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. All of the attractions of the mainland are within easy reach, and you can even take a trip across the sea to Dublin. About the area: This Welsh village is just 3 miles inland from the port of Amlwch, which is the most northern town in Wales, and borders North Angleseys Heritage Coast, famous for its stunning scenery. Just 1 mile away is Parys Mountain, where guests can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages and was a busy port, today it is a popular tourist attraction. Nearby there is excellent fishing and golf as well as beautiful sandy beaches and magnificent cliff top walks around this superb island. Amenities: Full oil central heating with additional heating from coal-effect electric fires in sitting room and dining room. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV (with Freeview), DVD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Metal framed Z bed for child available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars in layby opposite cottage. Lockable bike storage in outhouse. Enclosed rear lawned garden with garden furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk. Pub 3 miles. Beach 4 miles
