One of two lovely semi detached properties. Standing in a superb tranquil spot on the lower slopes of Cader Idris, the market town of Dolgellauos is just over 2 miles away. The properties have been converted to offer comfortable, cosy accommodation. There are two bedrooms: 1 x king size double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, WC and basin. Spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed if required. With the wooded hills and stunning mountain scenery, this area is famous for superb walking, climbing and mountain biking, and is the ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts, or for simply relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views and birdlife on offer. About the area: Fairbourne 8 miles; Barmouth 10 miles; Aberdovey 20 miles. Dolgellau is a small market town situated in the heart of southern Snowdonia, between the Cader Idris mountain range and the sea. The town itself provides a good variety of shops, places to eat and pubs and there are brilliant restaurants in the nearby coastal resorts. A location for outdoor recreation with stunning scenery, mountains, waterfalls, forests and beaches all nearby, but without the crowds! It is a superb base for any holiday - ideal for combining the many outdoor pursuits in Snowdonia with chilling-out days out on the sandy beaches of Barmouth, Aberdovey and Fairbourne. Amenities: Full oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
