This farmhouse is one of three fantastic holiday homes in a beautiful rural location on a 96 acre farm, just 3 miles from Criccieth. The property has been converted to create a fully self contained holiday home, providing well-equipped, quality accommodation with a mix of antique furnishings and modern fittings and fixtures. There are three bedrooms: 1 x family room with double and single beds, 2 x double (one 4' wide). Bathroom with bath with shower over, telephone-style hand shower attachment, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire and mountain views. There is a front lawn and patio with stunning mountain views of Snowdonia National Park, with the Nantlle Ridge, Pennant Valley and Moel Hebog Mountain all within view. The owner on site and is on hand to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is in a central position for walking, cycling, water sports or fishing, aswell as easy access to a range of wonderful beaches About the area: Criccieth is often known as the 'pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia', this delightful seaside town is located 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town's 13th century castle is set majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and providing stunning views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. There are two beaches which will delight watersports enthusiasts, whilst walkers and bikers have plenty of choices due to the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Take a relaxing stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing, or relax and wind down in the various restaurants, tearooms and pubs. Further away, attractions such as Portmeirion's wonderful Italianate gardens, Harlech Castle, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Caernarfon Castle and the stunning beaches and famous golf courses of the Lleyn Peninsula are all within an easy driving distance.
