This property is one of two semi detached North Wales holiday cottages, set on the outskirts of the pretty seaside town of Abersoch, renowned for its fabulous beaches and watersports facilities. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard, offering comfortable, contemporary accommodation. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunk. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Private patio garden with views over rolling farmland. The property is ideal for a romantic break, or a traditional family seaside holiday. The beautiful sandy beaches are only a short walk away and offer safe bathing and brilliant watersports. Explore the Lleyn Peninsula's miles of scenic coastline, superb cycling, famous links golf courses (Abersoch Golf Club is just 1 mile away), sea fishing, boat trips to Bardsey Island or day trips into Snowdonia, as well as the renowned Portmeirion Italianate village About the area: Pwllheli 6 miles. The lovely harbour town of Abersoch is located on the Lleyn Peninsula, in a region of Wales famous for its breathtaking scenery and scenic walks. The town is situated between two superb bays, and is one of the most renowned sailing venues in North Wales, important sailing regattas are held there during the summer months. Plenty of shops cater for the tourist as well as restaurants, pubs and cafes. Watersports facilities are also abundant, particularly windsurfing, dinghy sailing and waterskiing, not to mention great surfing at Hell's Mouth. There is a choice of three main beaches to choose from - the long sandy Warren beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach and sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs. The majority of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and so there are lots of remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, and wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
